Bharat has been a Board Member/Advisor at numerous technology and renewable energy companies - such as Paper Battery Company and Agrion - and is experienced in private financing, operational and management issues related to them. He has also helped private equity firms on due diligence, board and advisory roles for technology companies. He earned an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was on the Director's Honors List. He has a BSEE degree, with distinction, from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.
